Kam was amazing to work with even with the tight deadlines we gave him! He showed up with enthusiasm and positivity and delivered on the sale of the house getting ++ above the listing price (in 3 days)! Kam was flexible with his hours and made himself available even with a 4 hour time zone difference! I would have every confidence in working with him in the future as well as recommending Kam to my family and friends!

We met Kam after interviewing several other real estate agents for a recent purchase in Orillia. What stood out about Kam from our initial call was his professionalism, and his eagerness to find us what we were looking for off-market. When Kam said he would do something, he was on it and often had his colleagues help him too. We appreciated that whenever we wanted to see a property, he made himself available. If we called with a question, Kam always answered his phone and if he was with another client would always say give me 40 minutes (or however long he needed). Kam was responsive to our needs, and even if he was unsure of something, would look into it on our behalf. Kam always gave us his honest opinion, and also listened to what suggestions we had when it came time to negotiating and writing up the offer. We would highly recommend Kam for purchasing or selling. After a very long journey of finding our dream home, we feel that not only do we have our dream home, but we've also gained a great friend.
