Stay away from Claudia Vol....in.She looks like a solid business woman but inside she isn't. Claudia will push you into her properties where she makes the most money. She doesn't care about customers at all !!! She will make a mortgage 35 yrs to pay and push you into one of her small condo/apartments that she makes most of money and you will lose! She will become a friend with you then she will suggest you to buy a property that she makes the most of but not you. Then she would be veryy happy to help you sell it and you lose again. Do not trust her under any circumstances ! Strongly Stay away! !

Recently, I was in need of an apartment on an incredibly tight timeline. Im lucky to have worked with Jennifer Yoo as she made what couldve been a stressful process incredibly seamless. Jen was proactive in helping me find units that fit my criteria, and was diligent about making suggestions for areas I hadnt considered that were a perfect match for me. Jen was clear, responsive, and communicative - prioritizing my needs and helping keep me at ease throughout our negotiations with other realtors. No matter the question or concern, Jen was incredibly patient and helpful. Even after I ultimately received the keys to my unit, Jen provided tons of tips and suggestions so that my new apartment would truly be my new home. I look forward to working with Jen again in the future, and I cant recommend her enough for prospective renters and buyers. You cant go wrong working with her!

Well let me tell you how amazing it was working with Samantha Wilson. I have been looking for a rental apartment for a month or so by myself and every time i was disappointed. Then i decided to look for a realtor to help me. I called her, she listened to my needs, she was professional and at the same time friendly. She did find me a rental apartment in a week. As i was a newbie in the rental department, she walked me trough the whole process. She is the one also that helped me in the final negotiations. I have received more than what the landlord was offering. All that to say that i would eagerly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a rental or purchasing a property. You won't regret it! She is a dreammm!!!!!!!!!
