I could not recommend Derek more highly. He is definitely very knowledgeable and capable as a Realtor. His background in home contracting means that he brings a depth of knowledge when evaluating houses that few Realtors could match. He sees the little things, and he sees the big things. I toured many houses with Derek, and was consistently impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness. He is patient, and helpful, and I never once felt rushed.
