I'm worked with Kayla on multiple purchases and sales over the years, she's like family. I've gotten to know both her and her brother very well, they do excellent work and have represented my needs exceptionally well. I for sure would recommend them to anyone, any day.

Kayla came to help us, I know her and her brother the team through working together to help prep there homes before for painting and knew they are great, she truly paid attention to every detail and made the process after my wife has passed easy as it could be, she had numerous people interest in the first two weeks and a few offers and finally had it sold by the third week. We already had a previous agent who mucked with my family and was not honest so she had her work it out for her, and she did a bang up job. If you want quality and true effort put in and top dollar you must use the dam team. When I am ready to buy my next house her and her brother are the only ones I am Going to user.

From the onset Kayla was very professional, courteous, and friendly. After only a few minutes of our initial meeting we confirmed that we would be choosing Kayla to represent us. After a brief discussion Kayla understood exactly what our expectations were and she came up with a plan for us to achieve it. Although we did not completely attain what was initially set out for on the sale, due to the drastic movement of the market at the time, we ultimately walked away happy. With that hectic environment came turbulence, regardless of that Kayla stayed positive, and reassured us when simultaneously quickly come up with solutions. This helped because of the plethora of contacts for different situations that arose. For example stagers, contractors, solicitor, mortgage brokers, the list goes on and we did end up using some of the contacts she suggested. Kayla went to bat for us many times when other agents tried to take advantage. It goes without saying that I would DEFINITELY recommend Kayla and her team. Not only did she sell our home, we also used her to re-purchase as well!! Thats the confidence and satisfaction we have in Kayla. Kayla is a 5 - Star-Superstar without question!
