Lisa Nash and Steve Walker handled the sale of our Toronto Condo in January 2022. We give them a 5 star recommendation. Here is what is so special about working with them. We loved the on-line experience... we only had to do one trip to Toronto, the virtual staging was amazing and we did not have to pay extra for this, they use electronic signatures... so much faster & less tedious then paper, our listing got high exposure in several media resulting in lots of viewings and multiple offers. They are results oriented... everything happened fast. ... the market report was presented at our first and only face-to-face meeting, the listing drafts were sent the next day and the contracts signed.... listing was out 3 days later (delayed by a snow storm)... sold within a week... closing within a month. They are helpful, responsive and fun to work with.... Lisa was first agent tell us something about herself when we shopped for an agent, Steve did some last minute repairs prior to viewings saving us a trip down to Toronto; they operate as a team covering each others backs but never getting in each others way. Its like we had two agents working for us for the price of one! And the bottom line is they exceeded our expectations.... My wife and I bought our first home and Lisa Nash guided us every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy and she always had our best interests in mind. She is very knowledgeable about the various Toronto neighbourhoods, and the hot pockets that might not otherwise be on your list. She was always reachable, morning, afternoon or night. We would spend a lot of our weekends visiting homes with her, so it was a bonus that she was also just fun to be around.

Lisa Nash was very reliable in helping us find our first home. She opened our eyes to neighbourhoods we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. Ones that were right up our alley. We found the perfect home in a great neighbourhood that we would never have considered if it wasn't for Lisa finding it. As first time homebuyers she took us under her wing and held our hand throughout the entire process, always being a quick phone call or text away, whenever needed, night or day.
