It was a an amazing experience working with Naz to find our first home. She was always available to answer all of our questions no matter what time of the day it was. Her knowledge of the real estate market allowed us to stay on top of all the listings and she always maintained a good relation with the listing agent and was quick to find any information we need. Naz was excellent at handling & explaining all the process and had contacts for almost every need we had (morgage brokers, lawyers etc). Working with Nazan was a great experience being a first time home buyer. I originally went through the traditional home buying route done through my bank and found that they weren't able to answer my questions all that well. After reaching out to Nazan, she was able to answer all of my questions and if she didn't have an answer she connected me with someone that did. Being a first time home buyer, I also felt quite vulnerable, not fully understanding what red flags to look out for in a competitive housing market. Nazan was transparent throughout the entire process and always looked out for my best interests.
