Daniel was recommended to me by a friend who bought him a beautiful house and for which she is happy because the whole process was clear, and very professional. I met with Daniel and I can tell you that my friend was not wrong, he explained the whole process to buy for the first time in Canada with much detail, knowledge and the benefits that I can obtain. Daniel, he has adapted to my needs and what my budget can buy. I was trying to find a house with other realtors and I felt pressured because they wanted to sell me what they had on the doorstep and persuaded me to buy something that was not in the areas or with the minimum requirements but that they considered a business for me. I am very happy with my search, I know that we will close a deal soon so I highly recommend it, Daniel keeps me updated by sending me potential houses, areas, evaluations of the sale prices in the areas where we have seen houses, and I know that we will soon close a good deal .

I worked with Dan on the sale of my house and I am very happy with the result. Dan was professional and knowledgeable about Toronto real estate and it was clear that his relationships were helpful.
