Andy's real estate market knowledge is incredible. He found us a house in our desired neighborhood in Toronto. We learned so much from him about what things to look out for in the house. During showings, he gave us his honest and deep insight about the house and neighborhood positives and negatives. He is the real estate agent who always looks after your best interest and knows the ins and outs of the housing market in GTA. I really recommend having him as your real estate agent if you want to find a house in a wonderful neighborhood in GTA and be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

I am incredibly grateful that I was able to have Andy to help with my search. I was very appreciative of his professionalism, patience, and most of all, his honesty.
