Wow!!! Susan Ha is one of a kind. She got our condo sold in lest then a week...amazing!!! Susan made the entire experience very pleasant. She's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail and helped us every step of the way. I had Known Susan Ha for over 20 years she is an excellent person and a great Realtor. She guided me through the process of getting my property since I didn't know anything about buying a new home. She was always willing to help me, she was always flexible and very punctual for our meeting. She has a lot of experience and is very professional. I was very lucky to have her as a real state agent.

Susan is one in a million! From the beginning, she was so great with educating us on the processes of our would be journey while never pressuring us or being pushy. Buying/selling our home during a Pandemic was not easy with multiple bidding wars and the uncertainties of the economy and market but throughout the process, she always made sure we knew all our options and guided us to make the best decisions for ourselves. She had great strategic planning and is very knowledgeable and organized. Susan was always punctual, professional and responsive, making sure we knew what was going on and getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had promptly. She went through all documents with us to make certain we understood everything we were signing and gave us the full five star treatment! She is also very well connected with stagers, photographers, cleaners, movers etc. If we needed help with anything, she was there and knew what to do. We sold/bought our house more than a month ago and she still checks in on us because she truly cares about her clients. I only have good things to say about Susan. She is a remarkable agent and is the best of the best!

Susan is a professional realtor, and she is actually a realtor's realtor. She is a great coach and mentor to other realtors. I am a seasoned realtor myself, and I have a learned a lot of valuable mindset lessons from her, which helped me become a more professional and successful realtor. Susan is very intense and passionate about what she does, and she is not afraid of speaking her mind. She knows what is good for her clients as well as for the people she mentors, and she makes sure they are aware of it. Susan has a very high level of commitment when it comes to her clients She was always available to me and would return my phone calls and emails promptly. Her level of service was an A+. Susan really came through on his negotiating skills. She was able to negotiate my 98% of my list price when the average was 96-97%. She definitely made me money. I have recommended her to my friends and contacts and will continue to do so, and I will definitely use her services in the future.
