        Their customer service is so poor and unhelpful. Edit Matin Atapour and Cassandra are two of the Almadevs useless customer representatives that unfortunately I had to deal with. And now they are giving themselves 5 stars lol go figure.

        Poor construction/design. No cellular service in the garage/basements which is very unsafe given issues with break ins. Break ins caused by far too many (fobless) access points. Garage entry/exit door is far too narrow for 2-way traffic. Disappointing overall
