Wonderful school, administration and faculty. Cutting edge information in the health and nutrition field! I think its the leading school for holistic nutritionists. If you have the opportunity to attend. Dont pass it up. These courses should be mandatory life courses! 4 years ago, I had the worst menstrual cramps, recurring bouts of acne. Having tried and tested everything, I realized I am approaching it the wrong way. I need to take a pause and listen to my body and what its actually telling me. Of course, going down the google research rabbit hole didn't help. But, what did help was joining Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN), where today as a new mom, with a full time career I feel EMPOWERED with the knowledge I learnt and gained at IHN. It changed my life, my family's life and lives of many of my clients for the better and how!!! Thank you is a small word for the amount of gratitude I share towards the teachers and the education received at IHN. :-)

I've had the pleasure of being a PT student at IHN for the past 2 years finishing my certification. It's been a whirlwind of learning. Staff at IHN have been helpful, friendly and accommodating especially due to the school having to pivot during COVID. I choose IHN due to the hands on experience of Co-op. I've had a pleasure to meet many amazing facilitators and faculty staff.

I graduated from IHN in 2014. When I started the program, I did not know biology, pathology, health, or nutrition. I thought I was pretty healthy and made good food choices. Although the first course was intense and heavy, the instructor made it very interesting. During the 18 months from start to graduation, I was always amazed by the amount of information we were given and the knowledge we built up. After graduation, I never stopped studying. I am now a homeopath and a live blood cell analyst and pursued my studies in neuroscience, psychiatry, and psychology. I also continuously attend their continuing education programs today. The next to come is TCM! IHN, gave me a solid basis to question the "Why" of the symptoms and pushed me towards healing rather than band-aiding diagnosis. So proud to be an IHN graduate. The world needs more healers than ever today.

I have been attending IHN for just over one year and I have to say, I absolutely love this program, the instructors and the admin. I have learned so much about health and wellness through nutrition, and I truly feel that this holistic education is allowing me to dream again. To dream of a future where I could help a lot of people meet their wellness goals. On several occasions, I have left a class feeling confident that I contribute to health changes within my family, friends group and community. I never thought that I could be successful in science has high school science scared me. However the instructors at IHN made learning about science fun, manageable and most of all, understandable. This is the same for the other courses that appear scary at first glance. I was speaking to another girl who didnt finish another nutrition program and after I spoke to her, she said I felt like she should finish her education at IHN. I 100% agreed with her. I feel like the instructors and the admin are invested in the success of their students. As I am about to resume my program, I wanted to share my experiences up to this point in my education at IHN, a program that I am so grateful to have finally started.
