        I come to drop off prepaid package to return item to Amazon. Blond guy who is the only one at the store today is litterally helpless. Amazon instructs me to give a copy of commercial receipt for custom purpose to him but he refuses to take it and shout that he will not sign any thing. No instruction provided to the customer, the worst service I ever had in my life. I hope i dont need to come back to UPS any after. Im not sure if my package will be returned safely to Amazon or not.

        Awful customer service, hope to never need to come here again. The employee insisted to see the email ups send me while I kept explaining ups never sent an email and that I only have a tracking number sent by the sender. He was rude, condescending, and kept talking over me. The employee complained about info on the ups tracking page and tried to lecture me about the package returning after one week. Guess what? My packages were there because I went to pick them up before one week's deadline.
