UPS Store #348 have amazing customer service. I order a lot online and work really long hours, so you can imagine that I miss a lot of my packages being delivered to me. I can always count on this UPS Access Point for package pick-ups. This case in particular, I was working back to back to back 12hr shifts and wasn't able to pick up my package on time before they needed to send it back to sender. However, the worker that helped me out held onto my package for as long as she could just so I could get it. I'm so very grateful to her because I needed this package for work! Can't say enough positive things. Please remember that there are people behind the phones and emails; they're doing their best as well to help us out!

The amount of time it takes to drop off a package is outrageous. Service is super slow at this location.

Misleading. I sent important docs internationally needed it urgent so have to pay more. I PAID $153.00 and was told my 5pcs docs will arrive in 7 days.. UPS did not even notify me the delays it took almost a month for my docs to arrive..i called customer service and they cant even answer my questions..i checked the tracking and found out my docs went around the world before arriving at the destination..I will not go back there again and will not even recommend to my friends...its not even worth a 1 star review..im sorry but not sorry..
