Amazing experience! We purchased a chair online and it was so easy, made cashless payment once I saw the chair. When I picked the chair up, staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that the chair was in new condition! Highly recommended and will purchase again from them.

They advertised a floor model Eames chair on Marketplace. "Like New" was their exact description. I called to confirm it was still available and that they would hold it for me till I could get to the store. Today I drove 1 1/2 hours in city traffic to pick up the chair. The chair had big gouges on the back, the leather was stained, the feet on the chair were damaged, the chair wobbled and made a clicking sound when you sat in it. Then to top it all off they had sold the ottoman to another customer. Poor service and misrepresentation. Be very careful buying from these people. UPDATE: Now they are putting the blame on me. I called to confirm they will hold the chair for me, I even offered to put down a deposit. They did not have multiple chairs for sale only the damaged floor model, which she states was unsuitable for sale but yet it was on the floor with a price tag and she would have sold it to me. Excellent condition???? Don't deal with these people.
