Tech support is miserable. All outsourced to India. Some "advisers" don't understand English. If something is broken - they replace it by an old part which in many cases is not working. Management is totally inaccessible.

I ordered a laptop online from Dell Canada. At least that's what I thought. It showed that it would be delivered in three days of the date of order. On the second day, it said that it had shipped, and a Purolator from Richmond BC said a label had been created. When the order was not updated, I called. The woman on the phone was hard to understand, but I did understand she told me it had been shipped from Dell USA and it would be at least 4 business days to cross the border and to be cleared at customs. I was deliberately misled as to the timing of delivery. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold and promptly ignored. If I could have, I would have canceled it then and there, but it had shipped, so I have no choice but to wait for it to be delivered. Beware! Read their return policy throughly . They make you pay for shipping, and if you buy software, it's not refundable.

Unbelievable customer care! Just wanted to change the PAD banking information. Cannot get through their multiple menu choices and when I finally talked to someone they couldn't find my Client # or Invoice #. Tried again and have given up. I'm sure they will contact us when their next payment does not go through!
