        Books are very good, prices too. But the service needs to be upscaled. I asked for a favor to get three orders together and to send them as one parcel which met all requirements for a free shipping. I was promised to have it done. It didnt look like a big deal. The manager said it was not difficult and promised to take care of it. I ended canceling two orders as the promise wasnt accomplished. They sent only one order for free. I was proposed two decisions that involved more investments. It didnt work for me at all. I was very upset as I already spent a big amount and was hoping to get a better service.
