Our experience with MARBLE GRANITE DEPOT was an absolute NIGHTMARE. After purchasing a very expensive nano quartz slabs for our new kitchen, and waited almost 3 months to receive them, we quickly realized that product was sub-par in quality. Stain proof nano quartz STAINED within the first 24 hours after the installation. After reporting our issues and being patient and understanding for MONTHS, there was no resolution in sight by this supplier. Despite multiple calls and emails, the best they could do is to dispatch one of their sub-trades, who wasnt even their official representative. He made a few unsuccessful attempts to clean the stains. Unfortunately, the cleaning method was a major failure, and the stains would re-appear over and over again due to POOR QUALITY of the slabs. Our stain proof and maintenance free slabs are the WORST PURCHASE we have ever made. If you want to spend THOUSANDS of dollars and receive GARBAGE, from a company that ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CARE about their customers, and PROVIDES ZERO warranty on their MADE IN CHINA products, than this is a perfect place for you! As well, their RECOMMENDED fabricator, BUTCHERED our material in certain spots (photos attached). Do YOURSELF a HUGE favour and do your homework before you select your stone supplier and a fabricator. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS, and ZERO QUALITY. So consider this a ZERO STAR REVIEW - MARBLE GRANITE DEPOT!!!

i been doing this for over 16 years and never heard of this company before and they over price their material alot more then some of the well known suppliers. they give prices to anyone that calls, thats fine but cannot give fabricator price to anyone. they dont even verify if it a customer or a fabricator. i would never send any customer there or work with them. i never posted any review before but this is bad for business.
