I booked an appointment and went there to get my reassessment done. But to my surprise they dont follow appointment slots and I waited for nearly 45 mins after that the person interrupts me in between and tells me that she cant do it now and I have to come back after a week. She didnt even answer all my questions appropriately and interrupted in between stating that she needs to do her online clients first and only then she can start anything for me. I felt like an utter waste of my time here.
