Told my the cab would be there in 10 to 15 minutes it ended up taking 30 minutes, I was late for my appointment.

Thanks so much for the excellent service on this snowy morning in Toronto ! The driver went above and beyond in getting us to our destination and then some ! I highly recommend this taxi company

I called able Atlantic today to order a cab but ended up cancelling it. I called the office to let them know that I dont need the cab anymore. The man said OK and hung up five minutes later the eagle Atlantic cab that I had ordered early Rod contacted me and said hes outside told him I already cancelled the cat which the guy just said on the phone never said anything after so I hung up within a matter of two minutes. Maple called me saying that my cats outside. . I told him the same thing before I can finish. He says next time just call the cab company and tell him that you cancel. Try to explain to him that thats what I did and he hung up on me. I have never used this company before and I never will. Doesnt take much to have respect for people, especially people that are customers.

Four us us reserved a taxi to the airport. Since we had luggage we asked for a van. The dispatcher said that was fine and we agreed to a premium price since it otherwise would have taken two taxis. Several minutes before the van was due to arrive, I got a call from the dispatcher informing me that a van was not availaible. Although greatly disapointed, I agreed to pay for two separate taxis. I got another call after the taxis were due to arrive informing me that they only had one taxi available. Needless to say I was livid. Finally, after talking to a manager, they agreed to send one ML taxi and they would also send a Beck taxi. Surprise! The Beck taxi showed up first. We bundled our friends in it and waited another ten minutes (now an hour after we were supposed to leave). I'm not a huge fan of Beck, but they will be transporting me from now on. BTW: No one ever apologized for the screw up or offered something in the way of compensation for the horrible way we had to start our vacation. Never use this brokerage.
