        Phenomenal in all terms of accessibility transportation. Very friendly behaviour. I would say theyre doing good job in the transportation industry.. highly recommended.

        If I could give them a zero I would. The driver was very rude right from the start and very rough handling my sons wheelchair. These ppl dont treat ppl with special needs with any DIGNITY!! Also, the customer service was equally as bad. Beware

        I used them to get home after I had major abdominal surgery and they drove as slow as possible and they were careful to avoid the notoriously bad roads when possible because the bumps really hurt me. My home uses dignity as well and I recently got to go on a bus outing to see Christmas lights and the driver was very nice and knowledgeable about where there was the best lights in the biggest city Toronto! If I could I would take dignity all the time instead of wheeltrans and beck taxis! The customer service is amazing at dignity and the drivers are always great and the vehicles are always clean!
