Carry Telecom (Unlimited Internet)

Modem I had died so I called their support right when it opened. Only like 2 buttons to get support and no waiting. Support agent was very helpful and knew what I needed and didnt need. Shipping option was nice as they werent super close. Their on hold line didnt have ads or some corporate voice ads, just some banging music which I appreciated. Good price and support which is refreshing to get. 100% would recommend.

My internet is down since early morning and after around 12 hrs and calling them 3 times, I am not given an update.There is even no update on their website. My kids missed their online classes today.Wish you were more diligent

DO NOT USE CARRYTEL!! It has the most unstable internet connection. There is also a secret 69 dollars cancellation fee. This company is a scam. You only get 7 days to try it which is not enough while other provider give you 30 days. They force their customer to pay a cancellation fee which is nearly twice the monthly internet fee. For your own sanity, do not even think about switching to such kind of provider stick with fido, rogers, bell, virgin. That is the only provider that s good enough.

Internet and service is as good as or better th as n the big guys for much less...Setup was quick, easy and worked right away...
