        My old nortel system broke down in the afternoon on Friday. Chris had his team, come over the weekend and replaced the nortel to their cloud telephone. It was painless and fast, all my requirements were met, and also some new features that are infinitely better than my old system. The phone app is very useful. Oddly enough, i pay less now than with my nortel. Happy client here.
