I wish to express my thankfulness to the excellent service I received from Ronald the sale consultant, I accidentally lost my phone and was so upset that all my valuable photos and files would be gone as well, after a few hours of work, Ron was able to retrieve most of the data and transfer to my new phone, he also offer me a new package that I can get a much better phone with less cost than my old plan, Ron is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help, I am a 100% satisfly customer, I would definitely recommend Ronald to anyone who need a phone service, you won't get disappointed!!!

Without Ron's professional & excellent service rendered to us, we would not enter a new mobile plan, changed our 2nd phone plan to BELL and finally our home internet. Ron has lots of patience with his customers including clear explanation and answered all questions that we raised. If anyone has the need for a new plan or home internet service, Ron is your choice !

Went to another store today and took 3 hours to make an easy transfer not work (they were very courteous and patient but no luck). I decided to try again at this location and I was there with them for maybe 3 minutes and Ron and Tarik were fantastic. Tarik got me started and Ron was able to fully complete the phone transfer in seconds. Definitely ask for them if you go here. Will likely only be going here from now on. Thank you!

Went to the store on black friday, asked for discount because im paying $129 for only 500m speed home internet for 4years. They said they're busy, can't give me any discount. Two days ago, i got offer from rogers for $45 include 1.5g speed internet and tv, so went to the store for cancellation, the lady in store told me she can give me new offer $60 include internet and tv, when i said no i just want to cancel, she offer me $50 and extra $50 gift card, Just like they're selling clothes on the street. Why wouldn't you give me better offer earlier? That wasn't the main problem at all. After-all she said she has canceled my internet, but today I figured out actually she didn't, and that has already passed my billing cycle, which means i have to pay for another period. She has lied to me, because they don't do cancelation in store, only by phone. She didn't give me any number to cancel. She said she canceled, what a lier! Is there any benefits for her by doing this?! So gross!! Was thinking go back to bell if rogers internet is slow, but now i would say no! And pls people if you paying expensive fee for bell, just go to other company, or just tell them you want to cancel, they will offer you new amount from sky to the floor! Even if I decided to come back to bell i wouldn't go center point location!
