The Store Manager and Kunal were fantastic! They were extremely kind, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Very awful company with poor customer service because in my experience: 1) They would not let my 81 year old father get an account in his name, so was in my name.2) Fibe TV remote does not have voice enabled command. All other tv cable companies offer this kind of remote, but not Bell. 2) after cancelling tv cable, and telephone, equipment was returned the only way possible- by Canada Post. Gone are the days when you could return equipment at a Bell store. 3) $600 charge taken from my account for the equipment that was proven retuned with tracking numbers. Finally after 4 weeks of phone calls and email exchanges, Bell agreed to refund the $600. "Check's in the mail" as I was told. So funds taken from my account AND they make me wait four weeks plus 14 Business days for a refund check. All this mess probably could have been avoided if I could have returned equipment at a Bell Store. All Customer service located in Philippines - jobs taken away from Canadians. Disgraceful!
