Worst service ever and unprofessional. I have had my IP phone with Mactell for couple of years. I always had issue but I could fix it by resetting adaptor. It became worse since I moved to my new place. I called them to cancel my service. But they asked me to get new a adaptor from them. I did and nothing changed. I messaged them to do something about it on their whatsapp account since technical department never answer the phone. At the same time, without any service, They took 3 time money from my account. I canceled my subscription online and returned all devices. However still waiting yo get my money back. If you value your time and money stay away from these people.

There phone system is riddle with real bad problems, people coudln't phone me and i couldn't phone outside Canada. Definetly not recommended.

I had to ask them three times to cancel my service. They kept charging my credit card for three months without authorization. Finally, they agreed to cancel my service but now I have to ship back "their devices" and pay for shipping. Only after they receive the "devices" I might get my money back. I will follow up on this review again once I get my refund.

My experience I started up I'm new to mactel my opinion excellent service only complaint gives me warning 60 second 50 30 20 10 what is this do I have limited of talk 3000 minutes or something I'm worried about charges can you explain this issue so far good quality phone service I recommend it

Ok, Honestly I was very skeptical when I first found Mactel during my search online. With their super competitive charges and 5 star rating it was too good to be true. Now fast forward to 10 months later I can safely say, if someones goal is to save money and have an amazing phone service, look no further. Mactel is by far an amazing provider and literally unbeatable considering the quality and affordability of their service. Im very happy and look forward to see them grow. Two thumbs up for them.
