Thank you to Dorsa who helped my parents and I because she was so nice!!! She was so pleasant to talk to and was so accommodating to all our questions She definitely needs a raise with the way she treats customers !!

I wasn't really ready to upgrade my phone yet I did because of your warm approach and quiet way of helping a customer.Very commendable attributes of service.Good job! I cannot express how grateful I am for the service at Virgin Mobile Yorkdale. I was welcomed by a very friendly staff especially by Agash. He spent over an hour helping with my phone issues. Incredible knowledge, very patient and always willing to help. I highly recommend Virgin and this mobile store at Yorkdale in particular! Thank you very much Agash. Your help is truly appreciated!!!

Absolutely loved my experience there, a worker named Jeffrey Mendonca was very kind to us and made us feel very comfortable with our minimal knowledge as starters and he made us feel supported. Appreciated everything!
