        If youre thinking about signing up for parkwoods, just do it. Dont hesitate. You simply couldnt ask for better coaches, owner and community. I will never leave this gym because there simply isnt any other like it. I look forward to my workouts and meeting with all of my new friends and workout buddies / coaches. Parkwoods is a family vibe gym with amazing people.

        I joined F45 Parkwoods not knowing what I was getting myself into. All I knew is I wanted results and a challenge. Three months later, mission accomplished alongside some awesome teammates, stellar staff and great owner. The Coaches are amazing!! BOOK THIS LOCATION, you will love it!
