Dont listen to these bad reviews, last year my vw cc had a major transformation and transfer case issue. I took it to multiple shops and was quoted between 6k and 8k to fix the issues. I loved the car so much so I knew I had to fix it and by luck I stumbled upon this shop. (Jesse) took great care of my car and fixed all the issues almost at half the price, and also did some other work free of charge. A year later (now) the car drives like brandnew and I couldn't be happier. Trust the team at this location as they are highly experienced and competent and the managers will also spend a great deal of time answering your questions and addressing your concerns. Sure, it could take a little time to get things sorted out, but one must remember that when the problem involves such a complex mechanism (transmission), fixes won't be done in the same day. All in all my experience was remarkable with this shop. Will recommend for years to come. Thanks, Jesse, from Mohammad.

A year ago I had a transmission job done there and haven't had any problems, the receptionist was very pleasant, helpful and respectful... best part they charge reasonable price so I guess they have excellent mechanics that really know about transmissions and did a great job, I would recommend this place. Gladys Ortiz. I don't think they do oil change or any other auto mechanical services because I just called and was told they don't do that.
