I have never had such a hard time contacting someone to resolve to get payment for the load we did back in October. I am still trying to get payment. They sent me an email to fill out an ACH form and send it back for payment and never any attachment to fill out. We are going on 2 months to get paid. NO factoring company will take them on. They took $200 off our load for not using macro point. The driver never got info about this tracking system. Sneaky company. We have been in business since 2016 and never had problems like this. Worning!!! This company is practicing bad work ethics, does not pay on time and is avoiding calls and responsibilities for its mistakes. We have RC, BOL(POD) and Trucking stating the load has been picked up on time and deliver on time and they missed to schedule appointment for delivery and had to pay layover because the truck had to stay until next day, instead they are claiming the trucking has not been accepted even though they send it 2 days after the load was delivered. We have also confirmed that we are not the only company that is heaving this problem with RSC, and that this is part of their practices. Avoid working whit this company at any cost. My company HPA enterprise inc woks one time with this Royal Supply Chain Inc and they dont pay to the factory unprofessional people nobody help you Im still waiting for the payment never in my life I will work with Royal Supply Chain
