Bad customer service very unprofessional.add 300 dollars to walk back to their truck in the parking lot. Schedule the wrong moving date very unapologetic. Won't reccomend anyone to use their services.

Worst company !!!! They destroyed all my furniture... they tell you it's insured but it's been 6 weeks and I'm chasing them down so they can process my insurance claim...

Thought they were a good company but when the big day came to move the movers are nothing my money grabbing crooks. Charging for things they shouldn't be charging for and when you ask for a refund they don't return your messages. This is a terrible company and I would never ever recommend them and if you want to keep your money then don't use them.

they said unforgettable experience, that's true. unforgettable experience... not really good experience, but I've got everything moved... The manager tells us the truck will arrive 6 or 7 in the morning, in fact the truck arrives in 3:30 pm. The loading is not careful at all, they even don't care about labels on the boxes: like glass or paintings or fragile. They simply pack it as compact as possible. Delivery is next day, the truck arrives only at 4:30 pm. Unloading starts only when you pay in full in accordance to weight from certified scale. The guys didn't have a weight report of the empty truck, so I had to believe them... Overall is not really pleasant experience. You feel like they do a favor unloading your stuff... Things go better when you start helping...but this is something that couldn't better accepted by everyone.
