        The clinician was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. However, the clinic itself is not professionally set up - it is in an office-share floor of 35 storey building; no signage; no identification anywhere that it is a properly licensed clinic. Also, the form you are asked to fill out asks for all kinds of personal information that is irrelevant to the service - for example, it asks for your health card info, but this is a service that is NOT covered by OHIP. When I objected, the clinician said I didnt have to fill that in. But for the reassuring feeling I got from the clinician, I was concerned that this clinic was part of an identity-theft scheme. I certainly didnt have any confidence that my personal information would be secure.

        Prices are 40-50% upcharge and got charged for tetanus which is covered by ohip, wasnt informed. Better off starting with a physician.
