Dr Hajek is personable and a good diagnostician. I was happy with the clinical results also. The receptionist (Susanna?) is polite and calm, despite the busyness of the clinic. Patients will need to be patient before seeing the doctor, in several regards: 1. Be able to stand for long periods. At my first visit, I spent the first 40 minutes standing in the waiting room as all the seats were taken. At my second visit, people were waiting in the hallway also. It was nice to see patients giving up their seats to those unable to stand for very long. 2. Budget time to navigate the building's poor signage. Finding even the toilets is not easy. And if you are to visit a "lab in the basement", ask the doctor for the room number or other specifics, because of the confusing nature of the basement signage. 3. Don't depend on administrative staff calling you back, even if you leave a voicemail with your name and number clearly stated. In different months I found this to be a problem, perhaps because the clinic is so popular and things slip through the cracks, who knows. So my advice is to budget time throughout the week to try calling the office, at various times of day, and prepare for the long haul here until a voice answers. Overall I was very grateful for the appointments and to everyone. The above comments might sound niggly but they are offered in a constructive spirit for future patients.
