Value and Service I was referred to Hitek Built-In Systems from a colleague who talked very highly of the owner Kris and the great value of his services. When I spoke with Kris he was professional and knowledgeable. After he explained in detail to me the quality and benefits of many products I purchased a set of central vacuum accessories from him at a fair and reasonable price that was less than many competitors. Several months later I had issues with my central vacuum unit that came with my house and he again took the time to explain and troubleshoot with me over the telephone. His great instructions and patience save me the cost of a service call. He could have easily just book an appointment and charged me, but he honestly wanted to provide excellent customer service.

I've known Kris since 2012. No surprises. Service first. He does everything he says he will do. Nowadays most vacuum shops have no idea how to actually do repairs and they just want to sell you a new vacuum. Very pleased with his repairs to my Astro-Vac central vacuum and then some. I would recommend Kris without hesitation.

I have been dealing with Chris for over 20 years. He sold a complete Astrovac central vac system to my son for his new home. I find Chris to be one of the most knowledgeable people in that industry and, more importantly, one of the most honest and gentle. I can say with pride that I now count him as a friend and we go to him for all our vacuum system needs. He treats us with respect and integrity. Thank you Chris.
