Botched job, damaged kitchen cabinetry, caused flood in home Frank Vass and his team are extremely unprofessional. They were requested to turn off the airconditioning unit overnight while working in our home sanding our floors. They kept the airconditioning unit on, and the filter iced over, resulting in a flood of our home with ensuing costs in the $1000's of dollars, borne by us. When questioned about this, Frank and his team threatened to delay the project until a 'cooler' season. Frank's team damaged kitchen cabinetry in their process of sanding our floors, with costs of repairing said cabinetry borne by us. They left their job incomplete, with pickets loose/missing on the newly installed railings. After telling us the project would take 2 weeks, they ended up performing a botched, unprofessional, and unfinished job over 6 weeks. Services: Sanding, Wood staining
