Rick is great! I had an old WAIT brand whole home humifier whole built in thermostat was not functioning. Rick gave me all the options and he was patient enough to answer all my question and gave me a short lesson on whole home humifiers. He installed a new thermostat and wired it to the furnace, to trigger the whole home humidifier system. This solution was the most economical for me and the work done is impeccable. We had our furnace replaced by About Comfort after the old one broke down for good. This was well into the winter and Reza responded very quickly. He took the time to check and explain the issue and provided a very good value furnace installed with a very short turn around. The work was of high quality and completed professionally. Reza was very helpful and responsive before, during and after the work. I wouldn't hesitate to look him up next time we need heating or ac services.
