Happy to answer your questions. Location, was Oakville. It was the middle of the day. I went in I walked around for a little bit, I didn't go to all of the rooms/areas. When I walked in there was no one that I could see. No one said" hello or can I help you are you looking for something special or something in particular," nothing! (Nobody likes a pesky customer service person who follows you around and asks you the same question over and over but on the flip side this is the other side.) When I walked back around the counter on the other side,that's when I noticed a human head,that was slouched over,quite possibly they could have been sleeping or reading I'm not sure. However what I am 100% sure of is that they never raised their head to look around or to say anything and that's why the two star review. I read some more reviews and it seems to me that you have a problem with staff not being very interested in customer service, that's a pity! You do have a lovely set up and your pieces are well kept and labeled really well. All the best!

I occassionally drop off furniture here. I'm generally pretty good about wiping down the extra pieces I drop off here when my shop gets too full. To the elderly woman with glasses (who always seems to be sparky and passive aggressive) Heaven forbid you use a wet cloth on the pieces that you make 60% consignment on. They are as dusty as your manners.
