Hired Salman to look after our permits and drawings for a new basement walkout and legal rental suite. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Went through all the steps with me involving finishing my basement and what to expect with contractors. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT do business with Shafe Inc. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible work quality. We had our basement made by Shafe team, we were told 3 months, it took 6 months to complete. The flooring lasted 6 months before it started cracking and peeling. A different contractor found Shafe team put CARDBOARD under the flooring. The cardboard was filled with MOLD when we removed the flooring. Terrible workmanship. We asked him to come fix it and he refused and kept asking for more money. Avoid this company at all costs. **I absolutely implore everyone to review the below case number at Better Business Bureau. This dirty response is exactly why you should avoid the excruciating headache of doing business with SHAFE inc. Apparently $80k is just the cost of one brick to him. If you ask him to fix a floor with underlying mold within the one year warranty period hell threaten to sue you, try to defame you and say you want a Taj Mahal.. Buyer beware! He is a bully to anyone with real google review comments on here.**
