Im so happy I was referred to this shop! The body work and paint done on my truck was perfect. The guys did such quality work and the paint job is so clean! Everyone is friendly and professional, highly highly recommend!!

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had, both customer service and vehicle wise. During the entire 2.5 month period in which Maaco Oakville had my vehicle in their possession, the communication and service I received or lack of, was disappointing. Estimate submitted March 6, 2023. Repairs commence March 16, 2023 Car was scheduled to be completed in March 27, 2023 "We are waiting for parts". "The car is almost finished". "We are just waiting for the wrap" This went on for 2 months. The owner would contact to tell me my car will be ready for Friday, April 28, 2023. Another delay. I would later come to find out that the car was finished mechanically and frame wise in the 15-30 day period, and was sitting, unworked, for an entire month. Finally, the day comes to pick up my car. "It will be ready today, we are just detailing it". I don't know which person they tasked with "detailing" my car, but the only work they put into it, was a pair of paper floor mats. Dust all over the vehicle on the outside, paper crammed in the side door sill, and dead bugs in the vents inside. They did leave me a nice glass cleaner spray as a gift. The wrap I waited over a month for wasn't even without issue, as they got the colour wrong on first attempt and had to redo it. While redoing it, they missed the grills on the car which were supposed to be wrapped satin black, leaving them OEM chrome. My front lip which was supposed to be installed was not completed and at this point I just wanted to get out. I would give this shop 0/5 stars if I could. Not sure why this place had some bad reviews. But I took my car here after a fender bender and they had my car done in no time. Looks like it never got hit ! Definitely recommend. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
