CSN Automacs has always been my collision repair facility of choice, unfortunately my recent repair will be my last. The New ownership who took over in 2023 did not provide the same customer service as Adrian used too and they didn't acknowledge my concern when I picked up my car after the repair. This team is truly remarkable! Despite having had a stressful incident during a snowstorm, their outstanding service and expertise surpassed my expectations. From my first encounter with the front desk to my interaction with Jerry, I was impressed with their professionalism and outstanding communication skills. Not only did they take care of everything including arranging a rental, but they also made me feel at ease and ensured that I was kept informed throughout the process. Every step of the way, Jerry communicated the next steps and provided timely updates, leaving no room for any inconvenience.
