I had the most seamless experience with essence beauty salon. It started with me finding them on IG & sending them a picture of what I wanted. The person who replied set me up with Diana who could not have been a better fit. She was extremely experienced, walked me through her thought process (as I was getting an almond shape for the first time) and she made my nails look very natural. The salon was beautiful and not once did I have to ask Diana to fix anything (which in the past at other salons I've had to watch over everything) I would highly recommend going here if you want your nails done right the first time! Unfortunately not a good review to share. I had my eyebrows done and after 48 hours my eyes are still swollen, red and sore. Went back two days later to show the owner and was told that mistakes happen. I did receive a refund, however now have to go to work and headed off on vacation looking like this. Would NOT recommend risking this service. All around felt very amateurish from the service to the very unsatisfactory resolution.

The best salon in Oakville, all their nail techs are well trained and amazing at their job! Im never disappointed with my nails or pedicure when I come here. They have the widest selection of colours ive seen, more then any other salon I always leave here satisfied and their customer service is 10/10. I recommend Essence to anyone who gets their nails done Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails

My manicure by Jenny was great. Unfortunately, my pedicure by Ivy was not as great. She was in a rush and cut me. Sad that I had specifically asked, when making the appt, for a tech that was not going to cut me and even more sad that I didn't get what I asked for. It was definitely not a relaxing experience.
