      image Very bad customer service. I got the estimate on trade in on 18th April 2023 as 35k and then booked my car with Tesla on 26th April after budgeting my monthly EMIs. Closer to delivery date on 15th May 2023 they reduced the trade in value by 6k. Now the customer service agent is asking me to confirm if I want to take off trade in or not! You guys tricked me and left me in spot where I have to run in the market for selling my car at a better price.
      PS: VIN was shared in the initial meeting
