The level of communication was top notch and an awesome overall customer experience. We love the new carpet in our home and their installers were so detailed with their craftsmanship. We won't go anywhere else for our future flooring needs because of the quality and attention to detail. Can't recommend enough.

They did some work for us a few years ago and I went back to them because that experience was quite good. Disappointed this time around. They installed vinyl flooring, some of which was discoloured. Despite promises to address the issue, nothing has been done ... and its now been 5 months. I have finally given up!

We ordered some hardwood flooring and runner including installation from flooringca. Paul was the first and only offering samples to take home to help us decide. Louie was super helpful with coordinating shipment and installment. We are very happy with the quality and results.

We recently changed the flooring throughout our house (main floor, carpet on the stairs and top floor bedrooms). Flooring Ca was our first and only choice when it came to product and install. Louie was fantastic to work with - i was provided with lots of different samples to pick from and being able to bring the samples home, take my time and get the real feel helped so much more. We picked fantastic products including the Karastan carpet!!! Couldnt be happier with our decisions. When it came down to install day, Memo and his team were absolutely incredible. Not only did they do a great job but they were so friendly and happy!!! Hard to find these days. Overall, we are so happy and will highly recommend Flooring Ca to everyone we know!

How could I thank the staff at Flooringca for their incredible service and support? I decided for the first time to write a review. Despite living in Newmarket, I drove to Oakville based on a friends recommendation to Flooringca. I was treated fairly, given expert sincere advice and recommendations with an incredible turn around time on my installation, expert workmanship all at a great price. If you are looking for carpet, area rugs or flooring it is absolutely worth your time to speak to the staff at Flooringca. Nadia.
