A & J CPA

I recently contacted Emad Alnajjar at A&J CPA to schedule a tax consultation appointment, and what an infuriating experience it turned out to be! After booking a time slot, there were no instructions or communication on how to proceed with the meeting. I reached out to Emad for clarification, only to have my messages ignored. Instead of addressing the issue and providing necessary information, he callously dismissed me, telling me to find another consultant without even attempting to resolve the problem. As a potential client, I expected professionalism and assistance, but the lack of clear instructions and communication made it impossible to have a productive meeting. It's downright appalling to have such an experience with a firm that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the numerous positive reviews on their website (which I now believe to be fabricated). I shared screenshots of my texts with Emad, and he unbelievably stated that he doesn't use his phone during office hours, which makes no sense given that he provided me with his email address to book an appointment using the same texting number. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Emad Alnajjar or A&J CPA. Their blatant unprofessionalism and unwillingness to address a simple issue have forced me to seek services elsewhere. Avoid this firm at all costs!

A&J team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They answered all of my questions and provided me with all the necessary information to make informed decisions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy team of experts to handle their tax needs.
