Dr. Adam is a great chiropractor! I always feel better after my adjustments and he takes the time to educate and show me helpful stretches and exercises. I highly recommend him!

I have visited Dr. Adam several times now for adjustments. My reasons for visit were general wellness, foot pain and one visit for acute neck pain. He is able to react to concerns with multiple techniques and modalities. I appreciated his no-rush approach and willingness to listen. He has a very current and strong knowledge base which gives me the confidence that he can address any issue I may be experiencing.

Great service. Adam saw me on short notice following an injury. It was my first time visiting a chiro and I had a lot of nerves. Adam was very thorough with his explanations of diagnosis, procedures and reassurance. Definitely put me at ease and got me back up and mobile. Im even considering keeping chiro up longer term, as health and maintenance!

Walking into Dr. Adams office, I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was a ball of anxiety. I had no idea what to expect and the thought of getting adjusted genuinely scared me. However, Dr. Adam was nothing but supportive and encouraging throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to get to know what was bothering me, made sure to communicate and check-in throughout each step, and taught me a few things about taking care of my trouble areas. By the end of the appointment, he completed all adjustments and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Dr. Adams level of knowledge and care for his clients is like none other. I would highly recommend Dr. Adam, especially to first-time chiro patients.

I visited Dr Adam with knee pain concerns. Was able to feel much better with the first visit itself. It was really helpful to understand the reason behind the pain. The exercises he mentioned were very effective and easy at the same time. Would highly recommend!
