Waste of time and staff look like walking zombies. Customer service sucked. Felt like you were bothering the girl at the change rooms and half the time she was chatting at the front with the cashier. No smiles and looked like she hated her job. First and last time coming to this location. I have never been to any of the other store locations so Ill try a different one in future. Not inviting and weird vibes. I over heard that they dont take high end items. So if youre looking to bring things for consignment dont waste your time.

They didnt even bother to look at my clothes, I dropped everything off and they were exactly what they had in the store and brand names and I got a call 30 minutes later and they said they were done looking at my clothes. I get there and they hand me back my bin and continue to say that the clothes I brought in was stuff that dosent sell well for them which I doubt they would know because all my clothes were the exact same I left them, not a single thing was out of place or moved everything was how I left it.

They only looked at the first few items in my bag before giving it back. The bottom items were untouched. She also gave me the exact same speech she gave a customer before me about why they didn't take anything. Not great service. If you offer consignment, at least make the effort to look at what is brought in.
