First I was told it was a $40 deposit for him to fix my laptop and that I'd more than likely get some money back because the piece that needed replacing is usually quite cheap. After looking at it he said it would cost $265 to fix. I decided it would be better to buy a new laptop so picked it up instead. I asked if I was going to get some money back and he said no because it would have cost $150 to fix it (?) and that it cost $40 to examine it. Not a Place I'd go back to again.

Amazing service, the owner who works there is a great person and let me return product when it didnt work with no questions asked and really put effort into helping me find what fits me best! I highly suggest this place.

I had a wonderful experience with the Maple Tek services. I brought an old Macbook computer to be repaired and was unsure of how much I wanted to invest in the process, given the age of the device. Kaiser was wonderful in completing a thorough diagnostic and walking me through the various repair options in a transparent way that allowed me to make my choice with confidence. Have used this place on and off for at least 6 years for disasters that have befallen my desktop. Service has always been great and reasonably priced. Kaiser is a great guy and takes a real interest in your problem. Stands behind his work.
