        I have two words: "The Brookdale". Google it or check the news articles under "Fortress Real Developments". This failed condo project was abandoned by Cityzen and their partner, Fernbrook Homes well into construction, leaving purchasers like us high and dry. Their near bankrupt partner or land owner or whatever they are, Fortress Real Developments, is under RCMP investigation. Luckily, because of legislation, we received a full deposit refund and we also had not yet sold our house. When the project started to sink, they NEVER returned our calls. I would run from any project proposed by this company. Better yet, we are staying in our house and walking away from the whole idea of a condo. When we are old an d grey, we will install an elevator, which will cost less than the closing costs on a little box called a "condo" I never want to hear the word again. S*** happens for a reason.
