After a poor experience at the UPS Store on Creditview in Mississauga for passport photos (rude service and bad photography), I came here and was greeted with so much kindness! The man who took my photos was so pleasant and helpful, and I was happy with my pictures.

I went to drop off an awkwardly shaped item for shipping, with a really bad make shift box. I struggled to put it back together. As soon as I walked into the store, Mike greeted me with a big smile. He was extremely helpful. He basically rebuilt the old box to almost new again! Ive been in the service industry for over 20 years and I can recognize incredible service when I see it. He deserves the very best thats coming to him. Ill be recommending your store and Mike for years to come! Thanks for a great experience. A++++

I went here because the reviews were wonderful and I am so glad I did. Excellent customer service!. A big shout out to Kim who helped me mail important documents and was friendly, patient and reassured me every step of the way. Thank you!!!

I accidently showed up with a FedEx return (oops). Mike and Kim were very kind and helpful and even helped me package my return. Thanks yall!
