Marco inspected a 1300 sf condo I purchased recently for $400 & a short inspection time (1 to 1 and 1/2 hrs.)He did not give a full written report. He also DID NOT DETECT 4 important things which should have been discovered. 1)several electrical outlets are not working, 2) the fridge water dispenser didn't work, 3)the balcony screen door was broken 4)the landline phone cord had been cut by a previous owner resulting in all condo phone jacks being useless. Marco should have used a simple testing device for the outlets, ran the water dispenser, ...plus, checked the visible phone cord path to see that it was cut. A simple pull on the screen door would have found the problem. I would not hire him again & cannot recommend him.

I have used Frontline a couple of times for my home inspections in the past three years. I was very impressed with Marco's level of knowledge and professionalism. Whether it be electrical, plumbing or general construction, Marco conducts a very thorough inspection and if there are any deficiencies, you can count on him to find them and give you ways to address them before you commit to your home purchase.
