Very unprofessional people, I had a interview and I was having problems with my zoom and it turns out that the person that was supposed to have an interview with wasnt even in the office and she never replied to my email at all. Do not apply to this company.

Easily one of the worst experiences of my life! I had the CEO, Elie Nour managing my portfolio. Money I received from a settlement after a careless driver put me in the hospital for multiple surgeries over the past three years. I was in no shape, physically or mentally to manage that kind of money. So all my trust was put into him. Within the first year, he lost ~$100,000 of the portfolio's value. Then struggled the proceedings years to accumulate even a fraction of the losses back. The SERIOUS issue arose in November of 2022 when he requested to make a large bulk of trades to try and straighten things out. I only have a limited number of annual free trades. So i specifically asked if there would be enough to cover all these trades he was requesting. He told me "Yes" Later, in January of 2023 I took the time to skim through some of the changes made to the portfolio. I immediately found a total of $1300 in trade fees. He had lied to me about how many free trades I had for the year. As he later admitted to not even bothering to check when i asked. Nobody said a thing about the additional fees. Most likely, simply hoping I wouldn't notice them. When I called to complain about the expenses, AGAIN Elie... THE CEO OF THE WHOLE COMPANY!! Lied to me, claiming those expenses had nothing to do with trading fees. In what felt like a clear attempt to take advantage of my limited knowledge. It took two months of calling and complaining until I finally got him on the phone again to call him out for everything that happened. When presented with the facts, and my disappointment. Which was FULLY justified. His response was that I "find a new advisor" I then gave him the go-ahead to liquidate the entire portfolio. At nearly ~$100,000 loss. This whole experience absolutely baffled me. Had I not been diligent by reviewing all the transactions. These expenses would have gone completely unnoticed by him. This is all happening between 12 reconstruction surgeries on my leg, shoulder and wrist. I should not have had to deal with this bs. Trust was incredibly important to me. As it should be when giving someone this kind of money. Do not trust this company to take care of you. I spent nearly ~$1000/month to have this man treat me like garbage.
